本公司由董事長黃恆逸先生於1985年成立於台北縣蘆洲市，初期營業項目主要以五金滾鍍加工為主，為因應業務發展與產業轉型，於1987年成立京特股份有限公司並遷廠至新北市三重市，營業項目改為各類精密端子之連續電鍍加工。
1996年大陸京特電子有限公司於廣東省成立，並於1997年初正式量產。
2006年台灣京特公司併購幼澄精密工業，整合兩家公司業務，成立昕慶股份有限公司並遷廠於現址。

Company overview

In 1985, the company was established in Luzhou City of Taipei County by company Chairman, Mr. Hen-yi Huang. At the start, operations mainly consisted of metal part barrel plating. As business expanded and the industry changed, Jinte Company Ltd. was established in 1987 and the factory was moved to Sanchung City of Taipei County. Business shifted to the continuous electroplating of various precision terminals. In 1996, Jinte Electronics Ltd. was set up in the Guangdong province of Mainland China. Production began in early 1997. In the year 2006, Jingte Company acquired You-Cheng Industrial and consolidated business between the two companies to form Sin-Chin Company Ltd. and the factory moved to its current address.
